He loves working with students and encouraging the best work they can possibly offer! As a language arts teacher in West Orange and Livingston, Adam has been able to reach a myriad of ages within a diverse socio-economic group of students. On a daily basis, he's given the opportunity to learn the best strategies and implement them in his classroom (such as PARCC practice, readers/writers workshop, creative writing, persuasive and explanatory essay writing, and reading comprehension/analysis /evaluation.) This makes students able to achieve their greatest in class, on the PARCC test, and in life. Professionally, Adam has written curriculum for middle school English (readers/writers workshop model) as well as held a leadership position amongst his peers. Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.

Our Master tutors are professional experienced teachers with subject matter experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Our Expert tutors are seasoned tutors with subject matter experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Each tutor undergoes an extensive internal screening process including a thorough background check, demo lesson and content knowledge quizzes.

Our tutors conduct home visits throughout Northern New Jersey with our office based out of Livingston, New Jersey. When you select Teacher Tutors you can be confident that you are not signing up with an impersonal large chain.
