"Professor Cliff," as his students at Montclair State and Bergen Community College called him for over twenty years, reflects the approachability, patience, and creativity he brings to his work in the classroom and in a one-on-one setting. Central to his career as an educator is the desire to build genuine rapport with his students, develop constructive relationships, and adapt to meet the unique needs of each learner. During his free time, he has become a published author, screenwriter, and videographer!

Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.

Our Master tutors are professional experienced teachers with subject matter experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Our Expert tutors are seasoned tutors with subject matter experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Each tutor undergoes an extensive internal screening process including a thorough background check, demo lesson and content knowledge quizzes.

Our tutors conduct home visits throughout Northern New Jersey with our office based out of Livingston, New Jersey. When you select Teacher Tutors you can be confident that you are not signing up with an impersonal large chain.
